Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn, in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be included
- A proof of purchase must be provided
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals that show signs of wear or have been tried on without protective footwear coverings.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Wait for Approval: Our Miami-based team will respond within 1-2 business days with return authorization and instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Ship Your Return: Send the package to our Miami address using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

- DHL or FedEx for faster processing (typically 5-10 business days to our facility)
- EMS for more economical shipping (typically 10-20 business days)
