Our Hassle-Free Returns Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original packaging must be included
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

Important Exception

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on sandals that show signs of wear or have been tried on without protective footwear coverings.

Return Shipping Options
